FAXE Active Care

Where to use:
FAXE Active Care is especially used for wooden floors that have been preoiled or have received a finish with FAXE Wooden Floor Oil and FAXE Prestige Oil. 

Tools:
Mop, cloth or lambswool applicator.

Application:
First application:
If the wood is made dirty during placement should be washed with FAXE Active Care dissolved in lukewarm water (1:20).

• The wood must be clean, dry and dust-free.
• Apply a thin, even layer in the longitudinal direction of the wood with a cloth, mop or similar.
• Leave the surface to dry for 30 to 60 min. before using it.

Subsequent applications:

• Shake the can.
• Dissolve FAXE Active Care in lukewarm water in solution 1:10 - 1:20.
• With a wrung mop or cloth, wash the wood in the longitudinal direction.
• Leave the wood to dry for 30-60 min. before use.

Tip! At darker types of wood as Merbau or Jatoba a nicer depth and brilliance is obtained by using a stronger solution of FAXE Oil Sope Natural, e.g. 1 liter of FAXE Oil Sope in 10 liter of water

Maintanance/Cleaning:
Daily cleaning of floors is done with a brush or a vacuum-cleaner. When the wood starts to absorb dirt it is easily washed with FAXE Active Care as described above. If the floor has become very dirty or stained, do a clean scouring with FAXE Intensive Cleaner. The wood is dray after 30-60 min.

pH value: 7,5.
