Repellent and hard-wearing hardwax for wooden floors.
FAXE Hard Wax Oil can be used for basic treatment or for renovation of wood surfaces
that have been treated with Hard Wax Oil. It leaves an extreme durable surface, with the
depth of the oil and the repellent wax content. FAXE Hard Wax Oil leaves a smooth surface,
without cracking or peeling off.
Produced to order in wanted packaging sizes.

Dry time: | Drying time at 20°C and 50% r.h.: Dust dry after 2 hour, recoatable after 3 hours. |

Floor Brush. Cleaning: Clean tools with White Spirit. |

Preparation:
The wood must be clean, grease-free and dry. Pre-cleaning with FAXE Intensive Cleaner
removes existing treatment products and ensures an even coating of oil. Min. processing
temperature: 18°C. Former Hard Wax Oiled surfaces must be sanded, starting with a coarse paper and finishing with P100-120. Before application vacuum clean the surface.
Application:
• Apply a thin coat of FAXE Hard Wax Oil to the surface along the wood grain with a wide
brush. Spread evenly and avoid pools or spills.
• After application and drying of the first coat the floor must be sanded to remove grain
raising and wax spots.
• After drying apply a second coat, as done at first application.
Aftercare:
Floors are resilient to use after a few hours. Areas that need to be walked on can be
covered with cloths or corrugated cardboard. Do not wet wipe within the first 7 days
after application and protect from moisture. Daily cleaning is done with FAXE Active Care
diluted 1:20 in hot water.
